Services and proposals
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, price and payment schedule for any project are defined in the written proposal or agreement shared with you. If anything in that proposal differs from these general terms, the proposal applies.
Prices shown on the website are starting prices for the listed packages. Third-party costs such as domain renewals, hosting after the included period, paid plugins, booking engine subscriptions, payment gateway fees and advertising budgets are not included unless stated in the proposal.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate content, images, logins and approvals on time, and for having the rights to any material they provide. Delays in these can move project timelines.
Ownership
On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final website or app code, designs and content created specifically for the project. Third-party software, themes, plugins and libraries remain subject to their own licences.
Results from SEO and advertising
Search engine rankings and advertising results depend on factors outside our control, such as search engine algorithms and competition. We follow best practices and report transparently, but we do not guarantee specific rankings or results.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, SinghInfoTech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by third-party services, hosting providers or changes made by others to a delivered project.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Madhya Pradesh, India.
